Where exactly does this boxes drops and where and which spot can they be found?

The Chaos Boxes from t-points are worthless. Cost WAAAY too many t-points than what they give you. They can't even give extenders or perfect cores.

I'm guessing that it has a chance of giving perfect cores, but with it's price, definitely not worth it.

I was only able to find people opening chaos box extender from other servers, nothing from NA with the chaos box upgrade. So I'm pretty sure you got confused by the video you watched unless you got a link to it.
