Why should he get banned for buying alz when EST dose nothing about the botters selling right in game and driving all the prices in AH sky high both OGplanet & EST have allowed this and please spare me the argument that "GM's cant be on all the time" they can prevent Botting with Code yes Code this an application that's what "Game Guard" and "xtrap" are for GM's would not be needed or the can run an anti bot bots but EST has chose to do nothing SO by doing nothing they are allowing this so NO ONE should be Banned for buying Alz EST has also Change the Drop Rate and lower the Amount of coin drops, so this also promotes the use of buying alz,

I personally have gotten sick of ogplante and now EST lack of action, and found a privet server that so much better to play and NO bots

you do realize that you can call your bank or credit card company and get your money back. when the laws were changed and Ebay was persuated ( legally forced ) to stop selling gold the new law states that the currancy/items are the property of the game corperation and sale of said currancy/items is considered both copywrite infringment and sale of unowned porperty. This in turn gives your credit company or financial institution the right to reverse the transaction and thus voiding the sale. I was around when selling/buying currancy/items was at its peak and remember the statement released by ebay with the currective actions the community could implement to reaquire lost funds. all this information can be found one wiki.

Dispite the fact that you should have known better I hope this helps.

thats not true, he cant get banned for going to alz buyers because he never received the alz so therefor the transaction never took place and he remains in good standing.

if he receieved the alz then that is bannable. the tos does say receive from 3rd party or aid from 3rd party.
