So are we able to use our skills with the new debuff that last 6sec?
Most pvps last no longer than 6sec.
So would it be fair to use shield charge?

PVP's seem to last like twice as long as before, but the 6 seconds of silence is definitely op and lasts for the majority of the pvp... so I'm sure by convention people will say you shouldn't use any silencing skills in pvp, but it's so easy to do, and will definitely make warzone pk and n.war a lot different...
