Dummy Issues

So I started to skill on the dummy just now, and I've noticed that the dummy has a very high miss chance now and it BLOCKS. What dummy blocks? Is the training dummy designed to be like this? If not, can you please fix it because it is really slowing down the skill experience gain by A TON.
