Update and download problem

Ok, I was playing normally today and then when I tried to start the launcher after a break, I was geting "Failed to download server information......" error, I tried everything to fix it, but looking on facebook lot of people from South America got the same problem. So I want to know what's going on. Actually we can't even download the game, is our IP blocked? or it's just an error and it will be fixed?
btw, I tried rebooting, reinstalling, everything but anyways it's not only me so.

i got the same problem, im from south america too, but now i click cabalmain and nothing happen

i have the same problem from argentina. i reinstalled and also downloaded the new version(rf). the only thing i get is updater.exe executing on background without any active window (i can check this on task manager). i deactivated antivirus, allowed all apps related to cabal on firewall, reinstalled, ccleaner, etc...

no solution :(

:( i was having the same problem but then i add cabal to my exception list and now it works the problem now is that it wont let me connect to any channel i cant even see my character screen
