War issues gm please investigate

Im not sure if this is just a bug or something but..

In war i really dont get how i cant cast any skills after MF Debuffs... its like MF last longer than its stated on it.

Did you look to see if you got hit with a skill that inflicts suppression or silence? Those prevent you from using skills at all and, in suppression's case, keeps you from moving too.
