Alright guys, thank you all for taking your time to look at this because I really need to know why I'm have these issues i'm about to mention. So my laptop can handle 60HZ refresh rate. My overall laptop screen resolution is at 1366x768 32-Bit and 60HZ. I was able to play CABAL at 60HZ literally last night and everything ran perfect no lag or anything. I log on today just to make sure my in-game options are the same and I notice it says 40HZ.. I click to see if theres 60hz but nope there isn't.. I close the game and re-open and before I click the START button I choose 60HZ from the option there and it wont save.. seriously why is this happening? it's so annoying!
