People keep using the forum as a way to contact you guys and it's cluttering up the general discussion. May you do something about it? Kay thanks

Incision, that's only because people make topics trying to get the GM to help them with their problems, it's a plague.

why do something about it? it's a topic that belongs to general discussion. Then they should make another section called "GM talk" or something. These topics wouldnt be popping up if help desk(gm) did something about those delayed tickets. Maybe they are working their butts off to answer all the tickets or maybe not. Who knows 0_o.......

maybe if they answer HD tickets faster then people would stop posting up thread here looking for them.
