This info is from Cabal EU Just posting it here as a suggestion for Cabal NA
After the merge the new servers will be hosted in the DPRK, which has the additional benefit of being close to the developer. We were assured that all lag would be swiftly eliminated, and we are quite happy with this solution.
We will start the process for the merge on the 1st of April 2013. We will announce maintenance times as we have more information.You do realize that DPRK = North Korea right? And this WAS posted on April 1st.....
