Is there any storage?

So, i forget all about the game, remember nothing, and i log into y old lv102. He doesnt have alot in his inventory and i remember having a lot more, is there any storage or bank to store money/items? If so, where?

All i could find was my inventory, and the first tab of it is full, and the others have nothing. So i figure i stored other stuff somewhere.
