You and I as well as everyone else have been wondering about "Wings". Just speculation but they may be an add on like an accessories which is yet to be implemented in game, again just speculation on my part.

It's not an accessory, it's a new premium service in Korea, not sure what it does though.

It's not even new, they've existed for years. These two ppl are correct. Ah, but newcomers and those that do not use forums wouldn't know that. ^_^
Well CABAL2 KR Open Beta has wings implemented. Surely CABAL2 has different mechanics and dynamics than CABAL Online. But perhaps they work in a similar method? From what I can observe, it seems to be like blink..
