Banned and did nothing!

Hi, Yesterday I've been banned. They said in the mail that I used a Third Party program and they blocked my account permanently.... Huge Mistake. I asked for the Investigation Result or any proof that I cheated but they refused. I never used such a program and never cheated, I do have CheatEngine in my computer but NEVER attempted to use it on Cabal. Now, They are just ignoring my Support Tickets and my account is now Banned... I don't know what to do. You can even google my name ''Overlordock'' I'm a huge gamer/tester and never cheated in anyway. Can't believe that is happening.

Companies don't ban people for no reason; it's bad for business. I don't know what you were perhaps trying to do, but if they say you used it, you more than likely used it. -_-'

Yup it is bad for business... And I would of never make a thread about my problem or send like 20+ Support tickets to get my account back if I was truly using such a program. That's why I dont even know why they said all of that.

Sorry but considering there were people I have personally reported for hacking (entering pi when the char was not even 160) and did not get banned, I would say if they did ban you, you more than deserved it.

Havent used any bots,hack or any programs with Cabal and I did get banned... I dont care if you think that I cheated, I personally know that im not a cheater and I never cheated in Cabal. For those whos talking about me having Cheatengine in my computer, Im using this in flash games... Even though im going to Arcadeprehack.com for that types of games anyway. I know what I did and I know I never used such a program in Cabal.

Well then, with that conviction, you need to decide what you will do. EST won't return the account as- I'm sure- they've confirmed whatever it is they need to confirm and will not yield. Will you continue? Will you move on?

Be sure that I'm gonna fight for my 6 years old account... I tried to contact ESTsoft directly but their Help Desk is broken o-o. Im pretty sure that if I continue fighting I'll get it back... hope so.

You quit and came back, that character is going to be junk anyways unless it has 10k crafting. It doesn't take long to get back in anyways

Being they will not provide any proof or a real reason to why you were banned gl proving your innocence
Ests detection prog might have picked up your ce up off your comp causing the ban but that's what you get lol
It seems the only 2 hd responces you get are third party prog and cash issues
Even running a macro can getyou banned if you get caught and don't respond to them
But frankly I'm a believer of once a cheat always a cheat if your willing to do it in one game your willing to do it in another

If you have the cheat engine and you say that you don't cheat, how could we trust you that you aren't cheating before?

the more tickets you send, they more annoyed they will get with you. AND they dont have to show you any proof. i highly highly doubt you didnt do anything wrong. you can deny it all you want it wont help with anything. unless you spent thousands of usd on your account, give up or restart. and if you did spend thousands of usd on your acc, then you're not the brightnest for admitting you have one of the main programs used to hack cabal, CE... Best advise you will get about this is, Forget about it and move on. they WONT unban you w/o proof you didn't hack.
