no. in the old system, it increases crafting points per success or fail. in the new, i don't think it matters.

prem doesnt boost crafting success or gives you more chance in having epic drops. been a non prem user for a couple of months but still gives me descent drops and hi crafting rates.

I haven't witnessed any differences between prem and non prem crafting since AT.
