FA Sonic Shooter Skill AOE bug/nerf?

Is this a bug or what? ever since Arcane Trace patch, any FAs out there noticed that the Sonic Shooter's AOE has been vastly reduced? I mean it's AOE before arcane trace patch matches other classes Transcender skill's AOE.
