At the beginning of video, the nation war timer is 32:55 and the FA is in bm3. At 31:01, the FA goes bm3 again and another time at 29:01, clearly showing that the person has no cooldown on their BM. To add onto that the fa at 0:21-0:31 and 2:53-3:01 hits me with their bm3 basic A attack pretty quickly as I'm sure there's a slight pause between each shot. Bottom line: The fa has no cooldown on their skills and battle mode.
