because i already register in www.cabal.com/main and already check my mail
but when i login in game it say ' failed to connect the server please try again later ' ????

You might want to try running the check files option when your Cabal launcher first opens. Also make sure you turn off any firewall or net security programs you have they tend to dislike Cabal.
