Something is wrong with the ecoin refill please fix it.

Just bought 3 UGC cards worth $60 it all said successful 1 of them worked and 2 didnt. whatthefu..
also it didnt show up and ecoin points as it should always do please fix this sht up i didnt spend $60 for 1.5k ecoins -.-

The day 13/12 recharge a Voleta in an easy payment, $ 50 wherein give me 5000 scoin and today is day 17 and not credited me in the account, I wonder if there is any solution to this, so I can keep recharging with money. please wait for an answer.
