So I have the same issues as some other posts in here.
I log and error is: inactive account. Please log in at the website to reactivate.

Sooooo.... Why are we given this option if IT DOESN'T WORK !!! ?

I know all my information and + sent tickets. Is someone home? Hello?
I'd like to play the game now...

Login to main web > Check ur email > A message from cabal regarding the account recovery must be or not in there > Click the link > Change ur pass > Try again ?

I thought of that too, but I never received any emails!!! Scary ! I checked my junkmail too.

Well it cant be helped..
You need to be patient ;)
Sometimes it took them 2-3 days before they get over your ticket

Yea...

They shouldn't have this issue to begin with!
So many other games I have accounts with, haven't log in years! I could log into right now and it still holds LOYALTY to the client's account and not throw us in a realm of " the forgotten ones"!

Sad really...
