My characters are missing and i transfered my ogp account

I Have NO idea what account this is! So either my characters were stolen some how, your database is messed up, or you guys did some CRAPPY investigation ... I WANT MY CHARACTERS:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
