We are proud to announce that ESTsoft Inc. is officially assuming all publishing and servicing privileges for CABAL Online in Brazil.
All game data, including character level, experience, quest progression, items, alz, and warehouse contents will be transferred directly to a new dedicated server that will open specifically for Brazil. This seamless process maximizes convenience for existing players and ensures that no data will be lost along the way.
This change will guarantee the best possible quality of service for Brazilian players, ensuring responsive and helpful support directly from ESTsoft (in Portuguese), along with immediate access to game updates as soon as they are available.
Moving forward, account security is an important element we are focused on drastically improving for the Brazilian player base. Once ESTsoft is running the service, issues relating to compromised accounts and hacking will be handled directly. Accounts found to be gaining an unfair advantage by exploiting game mechanics will be eliminated, and new account verification systems will be put in place to maximize the safety and security of the service.
With service management now existing so close to development of the game, ESTsoft holds the power to address any potential issues quickly and effectively. Player experience always comes first, and we strive to ensure that CABAL Online is always a thoroughly enjoyable experience for everyone.
