xfer bug???

Hello guys i'm trying to xfer one of my character but wen i go to type my sub-pass it wont go on to the next page i already change the sub-pass but still the same and i ask more players and they have the same problem need help thx

My transfer worked perfectly yesterday...Is your subpass around 4~5 digits cause I don't think it allows you to have more than 5.
