So I had Red osm kat 27% CD and Topaz orb 27% CD both +10 and I changed both to Forcy +9 20 CD..I know nothing special but I'm just wondering if I did the right thing, trading CD for normal damage.
And here's the rest of my stuff:

Osm Helmet 30CD +9
Tera suit/gloves/boots with 7% amp +9+10
EOF+7
AOP +5
CR+1 X3
Merga
BOF +3 with 8%amp

Now, I like both PVP and PVE, more PVE though..So What should I get for my FB, what would be better..I'm not saying the best because I know some people will write list of crazy stuff, so I just wanna know how to make my FB better. For both PVP and PVE.

Hi,
The difference of CD is not so big, so in general you did a good thing.
So, if you would like to optimize your FB for BM3, you should try to get more CD. Even for normal skill more CD is better, since you can keep at least 50% CR.

Well, you must change:
Helmet > 36 CD
CR > +2
Maybe ONE weapon to ROS/Topaz/Sig 36 CD
Of course, changes that up your CD.
