I've got an issue where it will endlessly ask me to log in over and over. I have the pw correct because on the website main it shows me logged in, but when I go to the account of help desk links, it "logs" me out and will not log in no matter how many times I click login. So I can't change any account settings, nor make a HD ticket because of that.

It's the same issue as this dude. Is it possible a browser issue?

Is case sensitive, this does seem to be an inconvenient/confusing so we'll see if we can have it consistent with both log-in areas.

You have to use the correct case sensitivity for your account id. If you are unsure what the correct case sensitivity for your account is, send me a private message of your account id.

For example, if your account id is "Account123" you cannot login using "account123."

Interesting. Though I'm positive my account has always started with a capital letter, it doesn't say incorrect info. It must simply be a browser issue. I'll try on a different browser and post results.
