Downloader does not complete.

I am attempting to get myself and a friend back into cabal but every time we try to download the game, it "finishes" in just a matter of moments then provides a "Installer integrity check failure" error. There is only one download link on the website and I am curious if anyone has a link for somewhere else. I read through nearly 30 posts of people complaining about this issue with no resolution. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
