Launcher Issue

fail to download server information. restart launcher please.

this si the message i keep getting after, restarting my computer 3 times, restarting my router 3 times. restarting the launcher at least 50 times. Do I need to reinstall the game or what? any help would be appreciated.

is it after you click play game? or when you're at the login screen?

i dont even get to click play. when i open the game launcher it says at the bottom fail to download server information. restart launcher please.

hmm, try making cabal an exception in your anti virus/ and firewall. But if you are not the admin i suggest redownloading it and installing it.

this is crap, i went to war this morning, logged out to shower and have breakfast, i come back and the launcher is being stupid. already uninstalled, reinstalling now.

here is what i looked up for you, on information the GMs have at our disposal for your issue:
•Delete cookies & temp files, then restart PC.
•Disable any firewall/AV software you have running.
•Allow update.exe and Cabal.exe in firewall/AV exceptions list.
•Allow torrents through your router.
•Make sure to close out of any processes that could conflict with CABAL Online.

We are truly sorry that this issue has occurred. We strongly suggest the following solution:

1. Check your Anti-Virus Software and Firewall, making sure that CABAL Online is permitted.
2. If you're trying to play in a public place such as a dorm, library, school, work or internet cafe, please contact the administrator.
3. Uninstall client completely.
4. Clear Registry Keys of anything related to Cabal using a registry cleaner.
5. Install the client from http://cabal.estgames.com/en/download
6. Right-Click the installation file and run as administrator.

If you continue to encounter the same issue, please send in a ticket.
