Laucher Failed to download server info. Problem :(

So I got the laucher failed to download server info. No idea why...was working earlier.........Try deleting all cookies/temp and restarting ....place all cabal files in exception in my firewall and Anti-virus program. Reinstall game a couple of times..still don't work....I'm stuck now...Any help would be much appreciated. Also I have att for internet.

Apparently, it's a huge problem because they just sent my ticket to the headquarters.
