What's the percentage on a 3 slot blade or helm +15 cd in the first two slots, and the third one is empty, what % of successes do I have on slotting it with a rate scroll

I heard it's 99% but i don't know I've never been rich enough to have something 3 slot, or have a rate scroll

At +15 all slots are 99% success chance. However as lots of us know, even at 99% you can fail, especially when it's a certain 2 slot forcium blade and rate scroll highest.

Technically everything on cabal is 50/50 except for extreme upgrade where ypu have a 1/3 chance of success, you either succeed or you fail anything else which is why thus game is luck based not based on how much work you put into it. o.o
