i believe this bug is caused when the channel is at full capacity from time to time.

What about BR support?
There are few weeks with this and Achievement problem.
Ours characters are with bonus effects of the tittle, but the name of it, doesn't appear.
In BR ticket, they said: It's because the server are overcrowded.
Me and my friends have already sent tickets, and we had the same answer.
What should we do?

This glitch doesn't happen to all characters on the account. I can't enter any dungeon with my main character but I can enter any dungeon with all my other characters...

U guys shall to check IC 1, Can't do Quest after 2nd boss >.<
I asked my Guildie, all of us will be d/c other dungeon after they run ic 1. Is there anyone like this ??
i think the problem was started from ic 1 :)

You CAN do the quest after 2nd boss, you're just trying to take a shortcut which has been fixed (at least for most people, apparently some people can still do it).
The correct way to do the quest is with all the tables in order: 2b -> 4a -> 3a -> 5b -> 1a

my friends told me that i can relog after kill the 2nd boss then do this Q normally :)
