Karma Koin Failure

I bought a karma koin card online and tried to redeem it but it gives me a currency error msg anyone else having this issue? I thought maybe the card had a 0 balance but when I check the balance of the card its full I msged the support team asking about this issue but they replied to me asking for the information I sent in the first ticket plus a screen shot and havent replied to me since then any information on this would be hlpful thanks

Pretty sure I know where you bought it from. And if it is that place. Did you buy the US/International version or the CAD one? Don't think EST accepts the CAD one.

EST processes values in USD, I guess EST doesn't feel like setting up the process for other currencies...

I'm not sure why EST wouldn't though... This game used to be US/Canada only... And is International now...

Best bet is if you bought a non US version, try to get a refund and obtain the international version.

Thanks for the info I hadn't even considered that they wouldn't accept certain ones that's really lame though
