Glitch/ Cabal Closes when I Click on Dungeons portal. (GMs please help)

Hello so ive been figuring out why my Fs is doing this.
I tried using my other character which is my lvl 152 Warrior and no problem no disconnection or anything.
My FS has no problem at all in mission war, pvp or anything except when going in dungeons :(
Cabals shuts down as soon as i click the Dungeon's portal and this has never happen before.
please help ! really want to farm so bad

I'm currently in the same situation as you, I hope they can fix this kind of bug. A few friends have had the same trouble, they did not do anything and after about 24 hours they could run dungeons again. I hope it fixes by tomorrow :).

i am losing booster time i paid money for. it needs to be fixed asap or we need to be compensated

I had the same issue i unistalled restarted my laptop re-installed and it stopped..
