Not receiving daily quest for Chloe's Token

I forgot which quest exactly, but the DAILY quest where you talk to Chloe in Port Lux that allows you to basically trade 3 UCHH for a Chloe's Token is not showing up for me. Every day I only get the two quests: Craftsmans Craft Course 101 and Master Craft Course 101. Is this a bug or do I need to fulfill some prerequisites before I get this quest? I have completed it once before but it doesn't show up anymore. Please help :(

Try crafting first then it might show up

Crafting the Lv. 7 Circuit Jewel? It didn't show up for me so I crafted that and I still don't have the quest..

When you are looking at your quest list, go to general and select the tab that says display deleted quests only. Perhaps you may have accidentally deleted it. If that is the case it should show up, click on the quest "New Material Development Support" and restore it. This is just a guess, but hopefully it helps.
