GMs!!!!! Why are costumes acting as epaulets?

I bought a BL Costume, and as you can see, it isnt acting like a costume. Its replaced my EOF+6. Umm... Why is this happening? Why didnt EST label it as an epaulet? And why is the BL costume the only one doing this? Also, why is it suddenly character bound? I sent in a ticket, Ive posted in other forums, and Im ready for the random trolls about my crappy gear. But hopefully a GM looks at this and sees it. I want to be able to wear my costume and EOF+6 at the same time. Thanks.
