I just want to know, who's reposible answering the help tickets, is it the same gms that we see online and forums?

and yes i know im not the only one that needs help with tickets.

i spent so much money for my premium serviceSSSSSS!! and now It's just going to waste.

it would be nice if EST can get some other people to answer the tickets, since the gms dont bother answering anything.
maybe im just trolling...but it's annoying.

Seems like the help system is abandoned. After more than 72h, no response. This game is dead and unmanaged it seems.
