How does those 2 work in detail? Let say you have 5k def rate the other person has 5k attack rate does that mean most of his attack will not be blocked?
What is the suggest attack rate you should have ?

I don't think anyone knows the formula for this. I am fairly certain level has an effect on whether or not one blocks. I also have a hunch that defense rate is more potent than attack rate. (I mean just look at the potions, attack rate gives 2.4k, defense rate gives 1.2k.)

My FA reaches 14k attack rate with BM2/aura/AoS and that rarely, rarely blocks. But it still does.

So you suggest that our attack rate should be double our opponent def rate?

Your own defense rate and attack rate aren't opposed to each other. Your attack rate is against your opponent's defense rate, and vice versa. Based on the quantities items/stats give, it would suggest that each attack rate accounts for half a defense rate. However I don't think anyone knows the formula.

It's real simple just get a lot of both primarily def rate so dodge attacks from mobs of monsters and players when in bm2 or3

Attack rate and defense rate decide whether you "Miss" or not. Block isn't effected.

I thought attack rate and def rate is Block and Evasion is Miss O.o

Yea that why if you use BM2 as a WI and hit BL FB FA you miss all the time to a point that you actually feel like evasion affect critical hit also lol.
