question about crit and miss/block

when it says my crit rate is 60%, it means 60% of ALL my hit crit, or 60% or SUCCESSFUL hit crit ? it's because i find that it's harder to crit on last bosses of HV than on lycan ic1, and HV bossed have more def rate and evasion than lycan ic1

60% chance ur next hit will be critical. I think its just unlucky u dont critic the snake more . Am sure def rate and all don't effect critic chance :>.

some bosses have innate resistance to crit rate.

like that golem in afi, which has 100% resistance to crit rate.
