Why Can't i use Itemshop in game?

When I Try to open itemshop in game it shows me a login window. but even i enter userid and password correctly i shows me incorrect
userid or password message. and when i close that window my whole screen get white and freeze. what can i do for that? and when i try to fill my
ecoin it's always refund my paymant via paypal. what can i do? does any one have this problem? sorry about my bad english i'm Sri Lankan. :(

did u launch with the client or use a platform to open it ? like steam !!! If u open like a shortcut in steam it will not work !! But u are still lucky , u can play , we can't ( me and my friends ) . Full bugs here !!

no i did't use a client. only thing i did is run as administrator the desktop shortcut. guess i'm lucky after all but sometimes i have to restart the pc and close all apllications to run the game and sometimes reconnect the internet connection to log in. thanks for your reply :)
