Hi GMs

I have a big problem i lost the password of my account, and i don't know which mail i used. Can you send me a private mesage to tell the account name and then you tell me the mail...i just wanna recover please..

I have a similar but different problem. Forgot my password and tried having the auto-password system send me a new password to my email address. It wont send the mail (I am positive I have the correct email address) After several tickets to them, they tell me I have to do this: If you don't even know which email address, they won't help. See below.

You could try going here: https://www.estgames.com/en/Account/FindInfo , At the bottom part, put your account name & put in an email you think might be it. If its incorrect for your account name, it should put part of your email address in red letters above it, and maybe you'll recognize it. Best of luck.
