Amp Scrolls and Crit rate Scrolls

How do u obtain them?

Do u need 7 amp inside a slot and make it +7 and then Destroy the item to obtain a scroll?

is it also possible to get a scroll from a Crafted 7% amp item +7 without any amp inside a slot?

does this work the same way as Crit rate scrolls? if someone could explain me would be realy nice and helpfull :)

I read in a patch note (maybe ep9) saying that "chance to obtain mcr/amp/crit rate scrolls from extracting items+7 and above is increased."

It didn't mention anything about what we had in the slot. I think you can get scrolls even from items with free slot.

I got an amp scroll from extracting a tegrace item, i don't remember what it was but it's +7, 1 slot clean
