Anyone bright enough please explain the merit system for me please XD
Why would they make it so hard to get ??

im still trying to catch up to all the new stuff from last update, cant even worry about the merit system =_=
go to war> get tickets at end of war / buy medals/evaluate(class 5+)/report(or exchange) . Press shift+r , use merit pts. That's about it .

Think of Merit Points kinda like AP. Get enough and you can get 1 upgrade for something. Get points by "registering" your merits. Merits have 1-8 grades. Higher = more points when registered. Can register up to 10 at a time. Think of the 3 grades as bronze, silver, and gold in how well your chances are for better merits.
That's pretty much how to look @ it.
