Looks like the server is down, same thing for me but I wasn't online, I wanted to log in but the blue gauge keeps connecting till the end then it says disconnected please try again later.

redownload and reistall the game

Redownloaded and Reinstalled the game but can't.... :(((
I deleted Gameguard and redownload but can't .... :((
