It's not as alive as it once was like 2009-2012.
Not worth coming back and starting from scratch. Everyone is amped up! The game is broken.

Not really broken. It's the attitude of the community that will make the change. If guilds will be more welcoming, more newbies will be guided through development. If GMs would get involved with the players in the game there will be more fans and respect towards the game and management. If players can learn to set themselves as role models to motivate others to becoming better at something in this game, then there's potential opportunity to create strong interest for cabal online.
