hi somebody attempted to hack my account, i was able to sign in and change my sub pass but they kept trying tolog and now my account is bloecked, how long does an account block last and can it befixed?

Well that is the only way to get your account unblocked.

Dear, please change your password IMMEDIATELY
And you can reset your sub-pass by yourself.
Here is how.
1. Sign-In to the website www.cabal.com
2. Goto "Account Management" section.
3. Click on OTP button to send the OTP to your registered email account
4. Type in your OTP sent to your email on the blank space provided
5. Your account is now unblocked from Sub-Password block and Sub- Password is reset

Please don't for get to set your new sub-pass combination to protect your precious characters and items! :)
Try these steps and if it does not work, please report us via Help Desk.

Ok besides all the uselss chat Thank you [GM] Daisy, I have gotten my account, changed my password to..............(just kidding) and i've gotten my sub password changed as well, the otp process however was a bit faulty for me at first, for the first few tries it took a full 24hours to send the otp and by then it wouldn't accept it, but after those they all were sent immediately, alot said they were the wrong pass but luckily they worked eventually. In short I suppose what I am trying to say is, thank you for the help [GM] Daisy, and thank you anyone who actually attempted to help me and did not flood the thread with useless chat.
