Can't retrieve forgotten Password (Need GM help)

i Forgot my password so i did "Forgot password" and put my ID and E-mail and then it said that the temporary password has been sent to my mail but i received nothing....i also sent a random mail from another e-mail to this e-mail (to make sure there's no problem with my mail) and it was sent with no problem

So any GM can help me with this?
