I still get the new upgrade point email at the same time as last week so i dont think the server time was changed.

go in game and type "/time"
even the date is 1 day ahead.

No big deal. I find it funny how they managed to address an issue with the Quick-buy NPC (http://cabal.estgames.com/en/News/Content/1506) like half a year after the shop was terribly "revamped" rather than a current issue such as this. But oh well, you know what they say, "better now than never."
To be honest, I don't fault them that much. Anyone who has done any server work knows what a pain in the rear dealing with time is.
