they put the entry back into the randomizer, duh!
amount of winners based off of server population/playerbase!

Did you even bother to read the event page? For every 250 letters gotten, there would be 1 winner. So, with 59 winners, that means that at least 14,750 letters were gained over the event. as to people getting multiple prizes(like myself) It's quite simple. I had a little over 100 letters, thus I had 100 entries in drawing. Once I won one, I only had 99 chances to win again.
