At level 190, you need 300 wexp per exp exchange. Obviously you get more exp per exchange as you're higher level but for argument sake, I'll use the average of 49m exp per exchange. According to Wormy's EXP Table (https://mrwormy.wordpress.com/cabal-exp-table-up-to-level-200/), you need to accumulate 1,170,000,000,000 (1.17 TRILLION) exp to get 200. Current 190s have 133,715,997,010 exp. So with simple math, you need roughly 21,148 exchanges to get level 200 right off the bat, or 6.3 million wexp ;>

tl;dr no, not even if you went to every single war since day one and never used it on anything
