In all seriousness, the percentage values or calculations behind Atk Rate vs Defense Rate are interesting.

If you block a Boss attack it's very good.

Blind debuff will make sure you block more I guess.

EDIT: I hope that the Rank Up requirements for lv 200 isn't to kill a Pluma Dx
