Wizard 101 Questions of 2015

Hi , im an on/off player who has been playing cabal for 4 years now . I still dont understand the game fully . IGN : Knockerz [Level 128 (WI ) Guild: Checkmate .

1.I Would like to know what is better for wizard Evasion/Defense ? and how much evasion if it is .

2.What does defense Rate do ? is it good or wizards ?

3.Can anyone Explain Honor Rank > Like im honor rank 9 ( on all characters I have ) currently so does it increase stats like dmg or hp as it goes up a rank ?

4.What is important to have in slots for WI On equips ( amp skill , crit rate , add dmg , crit dmg ) Ex: Suit 1 slot (crit dmg) Suit 2 slots : (crit rate , def ) . I tend to do alot of Item option adding .

5.List of passive skills I should learn . From top to bottom ( just to make sure im on track ) .

6.I Need A war combo/PVP Combo & PVE Combo and war guidelines for WI Since were super weak .

7.What accessories should I wear ?

8. How can I get a bike without buying it through agent shop ?

defense>evasion

defense rate determines how many blocked hits you get

suit boot glove amp, helm cdi or rate craft if you need rate, weapon cdi

hp/def/def/matt/matt/att rate
6.I Need A war combo/PVP Combo & PVE Combo and war guidelines for WI Since were super weak .
war/pvp: glacial trap, terra lance, fire lance, aqua lance, stone cannon, fire cannon repeat
pve: any skill other than the slowest ones like arctic field, space collapse, hail storm, etc.
7.What accessories should I wear ?
pve: vampiric earring and bracelet of sage +x - make sure you have some source of % hp steal, not just +hp steal per hit
pvp: earring of guard and bracelet of sage +x
8. How can I get a bike without buying it through agent shop ?
farm them in any dungeon lid and up
