Ok, I just reinstalled W7, after getting some errors with XIGNCODE using W10.
Then, on w7 I would have the same trouble as you do. Wouldn't pass 25% and it said fail...
What I did is that I copied the entire folder (Cabal) from my laptop and it's been working for about 30 minutes :).

Well you are lucky. I tried to DL cabal on a different computer and I have the same issue. the problem seems to be on est side. And i cant find any fully update cabal game anywhere. And asking you to share that 2+ gig folder is probably too much.

I'm having this problem too. Still running Win 7 so not a Win 10 issue. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the game, still getting the same error. 9331

Try to re-download the full game client.. I just did that and my client was fixed.

then get back to me if this issue will be fixed.

Re-downloading client did not work for me.

Edit: Ok guys so I have solved the problem. I'm gonna tell you how is:

Close the launcher
Go to the game folder
Search Launcher folder then Version.cfg file
Open it with a NotePad the Change the value "595" to "600"
Save it, Open the launcher and Problem Solved ;)

I agree a screenshot but is in spanish, anytime are logical steps.

My goodness Mario thank you, your fix worked. I've been telling est for like 5 days now that the problems was the update_600.dat file and that all they needed to do was post a full version of that file and they have yet to do so. Its almost like we speak different languages and what I say totally misses their brains. Once again thank you Mario for doing est job for them.

Hey everyone, this issue was fixed during our last M/A on August 12th. We were able to find the issue thanks to the information and screenshots the community provided. We asked you guys to send in a screenshot so we can identify where the issue was taking place. Here's an example of what we asked for in case you did not see it. (http://imgur.com/a/KrAOQ)
