Ive tried everything, downloaded the full working game, downloaded user hot patches, reinstalled 3x 4 counting full working game download, checked files 100 times, what is going on? Nothing wrks and I keep getting file errors, like DL.enc Abilities.enc data.enc.... Ive replaced them with "working files" same errors occur at startup.
Thank god blade and soul is coming.

im havin the same problem trying to find a player that will share with me his Cabal files may be that wil help

I have done this too and it did not help. I guess it is time to move on to another game since these people do not seem to be able to fix our problem. s, I just hit level 100!
